How to Use

• Open Safely: Unscrew the wooden lid and carefully lift the inner cap halfway using a stationery knife. Be cautious to prevent spills.

  • Keep the inner cap partially open for a more subtle scent (lasts up to 2 months).

• Close the lid tightly and hang the air freshener using the attached rope wherever desired.

Returns & Refunds

• Contact the MIKA LOKKA Customer Center within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or refund.

• Returns must be authorized before sending back the product. Provide the following information:

  • Return tracking number

  • Order number

  • Items to be returned

• All returned items must be in brand-new condition and packaged in their original product packaging.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within one week after the returned goods are received.

Exchanges

• Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns.

• All shipping fees, including the original shipping cost and return shipping fees, are non-refundable unless the exchange is due to a damaged item received during delivery.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Not Possible

• The product is damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence.

• The product has been used, making it unsuitable for resale.

• Free gifts, sale items, or promotional products.

• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences, such as scent or product recommendations.

• Natural characteristics of the product materials, such as cracks or dew formation, which do not indicate defects.

• Accidents or issues caused by failure to follow the care and usage guidelines provided.

For Damage During Delivery

• If your item is damaged during delivery, contact the MIKA LOKKA Customer Center within 2 days of receiving the product.

• MIKA LOKKA will cover the round-trip shipping fee and provide a free replacement.
