Standard Shipping time is 4-12 business days
and does not include the 1-4 days order process and handling time.

RETURN POLICY
Please contact MIKA LOKKA Customer Center within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Returns must be authorized.
- Provide the return tracking number, Order number, and items to be returned to receive a refund.
- All items must be in brand new condition and shipped back in their original product packaging.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, allow up to one week for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or for an exchange to be processed.
- All carrier costs, including original shipping charges and fees for returns or exchanges, are non-refundable.
Where exchange/return is not possible
- If the product is damaged due to customer carelessness
- If it is difficult to resell because it have been already used
- Freebies, sale products
- If you are dissatisfied with the subjective expression of the detailed description of the product, such as the name and the recommendation
- Cracks, dew formation phenomenon, etc. that occur due to the characteristics of product materials
- Safety accidents caused by the customer's failure not to check the management method announced in advance
If the container is damaged during delivery,
please inform the customer center within two days of receiving the product.
In the case of damage during delivery,
MIKA LOKKA will pay the round-trip shipping fee and exchange it free of charge.
